I have made life long friends, a place to eat whenever I am in town, frequent e-mails, phone calls, Birthday cards, holiday wishes, personalized cookbooks, signature items, etc. I have had the chance to meet movie stars, millionaires, be involved with recoveries, new build outs, corporate trainings, corporate programming, and complete rebuilds. The trust, experience, and relations I have built are true expressions of my work ethics, customer service, and abilities.

It truly is the corporate world that has pressed me on to this dream. I have made my previous employers millions of dollars, and my customers even more!! It is my wish to continue doing that, applying my skills and knowledge as an Independent Consultant and Contractor with excellent customer service to all of my customers. The response over the past year has been phenomenal, and my business is growing at a record pace. I am working for end customers and franchised Dealers as well, supporting the ultimate customer's needs, and we are all growing together.

In my previous role, working for a franchised dealer, I was promoted through the ranks and became the Escalation Manager, the "go to" guy to solve problems, when our technicians were having difficulty in a service or installation role. I also spent a lot of time in a training role, training other technicians and customers. I found that I really enjoyed this type of work, and I am now applying these skills in my own business.

What can I say... I really enjoy my work. I decided to take my services, and personalize them in a vision of building a very successful customer base and strong relationships. I have always wanted to try running my own business. I have always been successful in supporting my previous employers and their customer base, and felt it was time to do it on my own. I have observed and learned what worked and didn't work for others, and am now trying to take advantage of Lessons Learned, for our mutual benefit. I feel that I now have the experience and skill set to do that.

So, I am going after my dream. The sky is the limit, and I am taking the brass ring and running with it. Personally, I believe that if you are a business owner with a dream, or a current owner with hopes of growing and becoming more efficient and profitable, our relationship will appreciate greatly!! Your business is my business, and I truly have our best interests in mind.
