I have been a support specialist
in the POS industry for over 12 years. I have traveled the country
and built some of the most complex programs and databases in the
nation. I have always held upper positions in support, training,
troubleshooting, and escalation. I was the “go to” guy for everything!!
I always found the way and in several incidents, where the impossible
was presented, I always found a way to make it possible.

purpose is to to allow the ability for end-users having an
option, versus being over the barrel of contracts and costly
help desk calls or service, by providing the power of numerous
years of experience to protect your investment in a 1 stop
shop.

as an atlas to realize your feats. At minimal, you will be
able to communicate with your provider effectively. No doubt
about it, your dealer, consultant, someone such as myself
will always need to be involved in one facet or another. The
purpose of this book is to ensure shorter support calls, constructive
relationships, and better communications.
I have taken 1000’s of calls, from perturbed, annoyed,
uneducated clients, irritated to the hilt!! A sense of direction,
listening, and weeding through the frustrations, always
made the calls productive, and calming. Relationships have
